We give this car rental company 5 stars for service, price, and communication.
The service was exceptional from the start. We were picked up directly at the harbor and even driven to our hotel, which was very convenient. The next day, since no car was available at that moment, he personally brought the car to our hotel, which we really appreciated.
Another big advantage was that we were able to return the car directly at the airport, which made our trip much easier.
Communication was excellent the entire time. He was very friendly, communicative, and flexible. Whenever we had a question, we could simply send a message and received a quick response.

Excellent service with vehicle delivery to the port and return to the airport. All exactly on time. The only downside: the vehicle was old and the tires were completely worn out.

I rented a small car from Travel Mate and they brought it to my place on Mahe. I was alone, so I didnt need a bigger car.
They were kind, open, and gave some driving advice. Since it’s left side.
Return was at the airport. Superclear which parking and punctual on time.

Excellent service, competitive price (approx €55/day) and very fast response via WhatsApp by Farouk. I was lucky to find a car available due to the high demand (peak season) especially booking just two days in advance.
The car was delivered at Mahé Pier (coming from Praslin) and I was able to return it at the airport (Parking A Paid). 100% recommended!

We travel a lot and I would choose them again in the Seychelles. They are very flexible and we ordered our car to the ferry terminal and returned it at the airport. They were super flexible with the return. If you want full insurance and a brand new car to show off they are not the right choice. If you want to explore the island where you hardly drive faster than 40 km/h the are highly recommendable. Thank you again for this 5-star-service👌🏻

PS. Cars are old and damaged so before you rent do a good video recording and photographs to avoid any conflicts. I did and that saved my day on the car return 😀

Highly recommend Travel Mate Car Rental. We booked hassle free two days before the rental date via WhatsApp and were already awaited at the jetty. It was easy to return the car at the airport even at 05:30 am in the morning. The first car we had, faced a little issue, but the folks at Travel Mate immediately changed the car while we were out hiking. All good from our side! Thank you
